what's in here
Small, sharp,
occasionally weird.
Every tool below started as something I built to solve one real problem of my own — I just kept the ones worth keeping.
Feed it a decision you've already half-made. It hands you back the strongest argument against it — the one nobody in the room was going to say.
A hospital tech ROI calculator that refuses to flatter the vendor slide. Built from real deployments, not projections.
A two-minute check-in for physicians and execs who are "fine." Not a diagnosis — just an honest read, and one next step.
Describe your messy legacy health data in plain English. Get back what it actually looks like once it's FHIR-shaped.
Map your hospital's actual decision flow, not the one on the slide. Usually finds the bottleneck in under ten minutes.
Type the vague hesitation you keep swallowing in meetings. It hands you back the sharp, sayable version.
how these get made
very tool on this page exists because I was personally stuck on something — a decision, a number, a hunch I couldn't prove — and built the smallest possible thing that got me unstuck. If it kept being useful after that, it ended up here. Nothing was built to be sold first and useful second.
Got a problem worth a tool?
Tell me the annoying, specific thing you keep doing by hand. If enough people ask the same question, it ends up on this page.
You actually did the thing. Respect. 🎉
That's the whole philosophy of this place, honestly — poke around, try the thing nobody tells you to try.
